Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of the payment advice and payment receipt, Comicsworld will arrange delivery within 14 working days. Should the first delivery of the goods is not successful for whatever reasons, Comicsworld will contact the purchaser to pick up the goods at Comicsworld office. The purchaser need to pick up the goods within 1 month, otherwise the order will be cancelled and all payment will not be refunded.

Comicsworld will deliver the goods according to the information provided by the purchaser. If the goods cannot be delivered or are wrongly delivered due to incorrect information provided by the purchaser, Comicsworld will not be liable to any loss or damage whatsoever as a result.

Any changes of the delivery address, customer needed to contact Comicsworld immediately by e-mail, and wait for the confirmation of Comicsworld, for the valid change.
