Return Policy
If the picture and the descriptions is different from goods, under this condition, the description should be more accurate. If the customer asked for return goods or refund based on the reason of the goods and the picture display on the web site is different, it should not be accepted.
Comisworld will try the best to make sure deliver the goods as the customer request, if proofed that the goods are damaged during the delivery process, all returned goods must be intact and unused. The product and its tag must not be marked or damaged or removed. For refund, the customer needed to inform Comicsworld by written notice within 7 days after received the goods. Please wait for the confirmation and reply from Comicsworld, as the request of return process is valid. The postal fee may base on the situation paid by the customer or Comicsworld or pick up from the Jonesky Limited office.
Comicsworld had the right to get back the wrong delivery goods which is not conclude in the order list of the customer, it is not accept any refund upon the goods had delivered.
